The CreditCoin system is a decentralized credit network for investors and borrowers, intended to facilitate efficient and secure transactions between parties. A special cryptocurrency named CreditCoin is used as a secondary means to conduct transactions and to provide parties with incentives to support, develop and expand the network and keep it operational!

[The process by which investments and loans are made]

1. an investor and a fundraiser create an order to buy a bond (ask) and a bid to sell a bond (bid), respectively.
2. The investor finds a bond sell order that matches their bond buy order.
3. The investor checks the funders credit history.
4. If the investor is satisfied with the bond sell order, they send an offer to the funder.
5. The funder makes a deal with one of the offers they receive.
6. The investor transfers funds to the funder.
7, The investor finalizes the deal.
8. the funder locks the contract to prevent concurrency issues where two transfers are recorded to the same account before redemption.
9. the funder makes a full or partial redemption on or before the redemption due date.
10. the funder finalizes the contract on the network after the redemption is complete.
