Monocerus Swap is a DEX that uses the latest model taken from Uniswap 3.0, namely Concentrated Liquidity Market Maker (CLMM). This model allows you to select a certain price range while providing liquidity, to increase the likelihood of your liquidity being used by exchangers. This will increase i mining rewards significantly, and the efficiency of using your capital will increase up to 20,000 times compared to the previous version (Uniswap 2.0).


At the time of writing this document, there is only one Swap worldwide implementing this model on Avalanche, and there are 14DEXs in total across all blockchain protocols (according to Defillama.com). This makes Monocerus Swap stand out when compared to the 437 DEX competitor which is still using the older model (Uniswap 2.0).
